Submission of online application

1.Through our kindergarten wedsite www.wisely.edu.hk to apply online ，so that your child’s information is uploaded on the application online system. Once the application is submitted online successfully , you will receive a confirmation email in your email account.

Please fill out the online application form, and upload the following documents through the online application system. 

-A passport size photo.

 -A birth certificate

 -A copy of child’s vaccination record/Children who are non-Hong Kong permanent residents, a copy of   admission pass to study in Hong Kong.

2.Please be ensured that the email address of ([email protected]) have been added to your safety list in order to prevent our confirmation email to be filtered as junk mail.

3.Filling out all required fields is mandatory for the application.

Application fee

 HK$40(upload deposit receipt through the online application system) non-returnable whether the application is successful or not. Parents please keep the deposit receipt as an evidence.
